Die Before You Die

This sort of claustrophobic, almost one-man show depends a lot, obviously, on how engaging and range-capable the lead performer is. Abaza, thankfully, is very good.

There are jolts of claustrophobia throughout and Abaza is innately sympathetic. Pringle’s screenplay is efficient but is not, alas, one of the best scripts ever filmed.

Glorified rubbish.

Not only is the insanely dangerous premise hard to accept, but it takes too long to get to the claustrophobic underground sequences.
