Dasavatharam

This three hour-and-some more extravaganza, blitzed by some mind-blowing special effects, starts feeling stretched much too soon.

It has a feel of kitsch, despite the director's attempts to sculpt it as a racy thriller.

Dasavathaaram shows that Kamal Haasan has once again taken great pains to make his cinematic projects convincing. The effort has paid off.

All in all, Dasavathaaram as an extraordinary effort.
