MAD CATS

All at once a surreal road movie, and a series of vari-weaponed catfights, this also includes a very good dad joke – however unappreciated by the other characters – about a cockroach and a centipede.

... invited to enter a world in which vengeance is as black as night, predators are silent as death, and the only way to survive is to be better at slaughter than the murder cats on your heels. In short, good f’ing luck.

All in all, it’s goofy good fun, and there’s the sense that Suono could do more with the story should he want to.

As engaging as it is ridiculous.
