Derivative it may be but Awareness moves along at a clip, layering double-crosses on top of alternate realities and implanted memories so that it hardly matters...

Awareness feels like one of the illusions conjured by its protagonist: its impressive special effects draw you into its world, but in the end, you realize it’s all a mirage. [Full Review in Spanish]

Awareness is a Spanish sci-fi movie with a potent premise and some interesting ideas drowned in a bland script that ungracefully draws on tropes. [Full review in Spanish]

It’s all slick, empty and depressingly ordinary.
