It's funny that so much of Knockin' On Heaven's Door contemplates the boundaries between life and death, because in more ways than one, forgive the hyperbole, watching Knockin' On Heaven's Door does feels like being close to God.

The film starts with a bang, but its characterisation comes with a whimper.

The only problem for me was that the plot failed to grab the attention the way the visuals did: a very involved storyline about terrorists and a biological weapon went on at least a half-hour too long.

“Cowboy Bepop the Movie” is a worthy expansion of one of the best anime series of all time and a movie that has truly stood the test of time, actually being more timely now than ever.
