The Heartbreak Agency doesn’t reinvent the rom-com wheel, not in the least. But it’s just barely good enough to transcend a trope or two, and that’s enough for me...

The Heartbreak Agency is a predictable and dull rom-com. The plot isn’t well devised and is a stretch from reality, making it hard to relate to and agree with.

Additionally, the world created here bears little resemblance to reality.

The Heartbreak Agency doesn’t completely lack charm, but it does lack thoughtfulness. The main character is gross for the first half of the movie.
