The Wrong Girls is the rare movie that should be longer, if only so I could continue to feel this high for a little more time without having to actually ingest or inject anything.

This is a low-effort comedy in all the wrong ways—neither inspired nor daring, but not clunky and amateurish enough to be charming.

Meyer’s film is far from a bad trip. The ensemble cast is especially charming, and the good humor oozing out of the entire project means it’s hard to avoid a contact high.

Everything seems forced; the effort is too obvious. ... It only makes you think of other, better films.
