A Complete History of My Sexual Failures

A sporadically entertaining portrayal of male humiliation and self-abnegation.

It's a display of gross bad faith both as documentarist and lover, and its subject probably deserves never to get laid again.

Pace is snappy, soundtrack full of good alt-rock cuts.

It's to Waitt's credit that there are genuine moments of poignancy in the film as well as laughs and sheer astonishment.
