The former theatre critic in me had to agree with the consensus that Frozen on stage mainly pads out the story of princesses Anna and Elsa, rather than expands on it. But it was fun to watch a twist on a familiar favourite.

An excellent recording of this show based on the beloved animated film. The cast is wonderful led by Samantha Barks as Elsa and Laura Dawkes as Anna.

It's a wonder of modern-day streaming that viewers get the chance to see Broadway musicals like this one from the comfort of their own homes.
