A Trip Elsewhere can serve as an interesting diversion or a piece of nostalgia that takes you to a time of uncertainty about both - the present and the future.

A Trip Elsewhere feels like a film that wants to be weird for the sake of being weird. It lacks a compelling message or emotional core, making the trip more tedious than transformative.

A Trip Elsewhere is an atypical viewing experience to its credit and occasional hiccups but stays afloat thanks to its cast and director's vision.
