I wish we had a more rounded examination that didn’t leave me feeling like key pieces of testimony had been omitted or ignored.

The Carman Family Deaths documentary gives a fair balance to both sides of this controversial case about a young man suspected of murdering his mother and wealthy grandfather. Some details are omitted, but the interviews are well-rounded.

This true crime documentary is fascinating and tragic but isn't able to reveal much about the case beyond speculation and presumption.

I wish The Carman Family Deaths had delivered a more well-rounded exploration rather than one that feels incomplete.
