Muzzle: City of Wolves is either outsider art or incompetent junk. Guess which way we’re leaning here.

Despite some illogical plot beats, Muzzle: City Of Wolves works in most ways. The cast is great, especially Eckhart as the brooding hero.

An uninspired, clunky and bland revenge thriller that's just as underwhelming as its predecessor.
