Move over "Odyssey," here’s another Greek tragedy of love and war, done as a fabulous musical. Initially set for a five-day limited run, this live capture of the stage smash has been extended by popular demand. Hit it.

A splendid opportunity for anyone who hasn’t seen “Hadestown” onstage to experience it. The audience we see at this production at the West End’s Lyric Theatre is so in love with the show that you feel every person there has already seen it three times.

This production feels like a fleeting moment — a reunion of friends and collaborators retelling a myth that is recounted over and over again.

... a timeless reimagining of two Greek tragedies, brought to life with vitality and imagination in a story that remains as relevant, moving and heartbreaking today as ever.
