DISQUIET

This is risible shot-on-the-cheap junk that can’t even thread together its plot strands in any fashionable, intriguing way.

They said "Let's make the lowest-budget-possible Jonathan Rhys Meyers horror film."

Disquiet is structured like a puzzle film, with the viewer encouraged to piece together the mystery of Sam's limbo. This doesn't work in its favor.

Disquiet loses its grip as the plot progresses. Several well-placed first-act scares succeed in getting your adrenaline pumping. The fear factor then wanes considerably with an odd mix of flashback scenes and strange character interactions.
