Disneyland Handcrafted is instead an immersive bit of time travel, spun out of 16-millimeter footage from the months leading up to the park's opening day.

I could clearly see the appeal and passion that went into this.

Disneyland Handcrafted achieves what it sets out to do: painstakingly, lovingly preserve the beautiful footage of the incredible hard work, artistry, and dedication that brought Disneyland to life.

Even as a person who has an in-depth grasp on Disney history, I learned a ton and found out things that I’d never heard (or seen) before. This documentary gave me an even greater and deeper appreciation for Disneyland.
