Who would have thought that one of the best things they could have done is just do The Muppet Show again.

“The Muppet Show” is zany and wholesome, and above all, brings genuine heart along with the humor, rather than succumbing to cynicism like so much of comedy today.

With a new generation of writers and puppeteers, this new iteration of The Muppet Show is just as delightful as the one that premiered 50 years ago.

It’s so much fun watching the Muppets add extra levels of exaggeration and slapstick sauce to each sketch in a way only puppets can, while the nonsense they get themselves into is as delightful as it is deranged.
