This is a well-crafted character study that will break your heart for Sylvain even as you inwardly pray he will be stopped before his new girlfriend finds herself on the wrong end of Sylvain's knife.

A wasted opportunity; what could have been a deliciously dark-humoured look at the nature of celebrity and fantasy is a dreary stab at the horror genre.
