Storyline

Eva is beautiful, irresponsible, self-absorbed and emotionally disconnected. Her life is all about the right clothes, the right people and the right places. Her life is turned upside down when she loses her job and alienates her friends by cheating on her boyfriend. Darling ... has a gripping obsessive-compulsive energy and an attractive cast of alluringly amoral, sharp-edged Nordic beauties.

With well-conceived dialogue, it's [cinematographer Marek Wieser's] talent that brings out nuance even from a non-professional actress such as [Astrid Grarup] Elbo.

With mini series like Flesh and Bone too, ballet's all the rage. This can't help but dent the impact of Darling as something fresh and unusual.
