Reckless

Handicapped by a cheap story and a limited talent for singing and dancing, Jean Harlow still contrives to give a persuasive and reasonably honest performance.

Advertised as the first film in which Jean Harlow sings and dances, the actual sequences would fool no one above the age of two. However, whoever does sing does it nicely enough. Miss Harlow moves her lips in tempo and sways hips with magnificent aplomb.

A predictable but enjoyable romantic comedy.
