Henry is a loner and a night owl. His rare skin disease has kept him under the close watch of his fiery mother, who has sheltered him his entire life. One night, a young woman's car breaks down and Henry's life will change forever.
Even when the movie skirts perilously close to banality, Skarsgard and Van der Boom develop a winning chemistry to hold our interest as their characters slowly (and in Alison's case, very reluctantly) warm to each other.

Anthea Anka's earnest script manages to paint Henry as a kindly, poetic fellow, but with enough quiet self-possession to avoid sinking him in pathos. It's a tricky balancing act, beautifully matched by Skarsgrd's depiction.

Wonderful, slow movie, which sucks you into itself. Nice lowkey acting by Delroy Lindo.Paula Malcomsem, and Claire van der Boom aquit themselves well.
