Storyline

In the lawless heart of the Old West, notorious outlaw Sam Phoenix stands at the gallows, moments from justice—or so it seems. But when an unearthly terror descends on the town without warning, everything changes. As chaos erupts and survival becomes the only law, Phoenix finds himself facing a threat far deadlier than any posse. Something not of this world has arrived… and it’s just getting started.

But it’s an entertaining silly movie. That’s what matters. Also, James Marsters (Spike from Buffy) is in it and is a good balance to the overacting most of the other actors depict.

Broad and goofy without ever becoming head-slappingly stupid.

Much better effects than the average SyFy faire. James Marsters performs well considering, and the Western/Sci-Fi blend pays off. But it's still a TV Movie and it's a pretty silly one at that. _Final rating:★½: - Boring/disappointing. Avoid if possible._
