What "Fender Bender" gets most right is the sheer claustrophobia crafted from the situation, and the "what-if?" factor that makes its premise so instantly identifiable. Scary but true, this could happen to anyone.

For those of you who enjoy a slasher movie that gets to the point and wastes very little time, Fender Bender is a great reminder that there's an advantage (and an artistry) to keeping things simple.

It's a solid stalk and chase slasher film mixing "Death Proof" and "The Hitcher"...

Fender Bender runs the exact same repetitive circles as so many other hopeful slasher films, defining itself by unmemorable generics.
