A valiant effort, but a little too yoof by numbers to be taken seriously.

Cherrybomb is an unaffected, if disposable, tribute to youthful misadventure.

RTDaily Telegraph (UK)Apr 22, 2010

This reasonably polished slice of Skins-style youthsploitation makes such a fake and undangerous lurch into pills-and-vandalism melodrama.

RTDaily Mirror (UK)Apr 23, 2010

While it never quite manages to shake off the E4 vibe, it's good to see Grint stretching his wings.
