A generally unfunny and regressive remake.

This is a slab of cold, unfunny comedy, just lying there, very very odd given the two talented performers at the center of it.

The Hustle just isn't very good, and the only con being pulled is on any audience member who has found themselves coerced into buying a ticket.

It’s not even bad enough to get needlessly angry over. It just exists; a stasis that’s probably more demeaning than if the film had been purely horrendous.
