There's nothing that anyone in the film can do to salvage it. Out of all the issues that it grapples with, including how seriously it takes itself, nothing is more problematic than its writing.

All the characters, including the lead pair, are so lazily fleshed out and paper thin, one hardly seems to care about where they all end up or even if the lead pair end up together.

It looks like a love story that isn't new but can make for an entertaining film. But there's something about the way it's narrated and how the characters are fleshed out that feels off.

The story by Trivikram does not keep you hooked because you can see where the plot is heading much before the characters realize their trajectory.
