A thoroughly generic horror thriller that might provide how-to tips for film school students who lack funding.

Nick Schager

RTFilm Journal InternationalSep 14, 2017

Ranks right up there with the very worst of 2017.

Kimber Myers

RTLos Angeles TimesSep 14, 2017

These nine people are indistinguishable, and we can't be bothered to care - or even notice - when they begin to die.

RTBloody DisgustingAug 27, 2021

Against the Night is yet another example of a film which started out with a decent concept but ended up floundering upon execution.
