The special suffers from feeling like it wants to be on campus.

Equal parts storytelling superhero and affable oaf, he describes his new hour of stand-up simply: "We're just getting drunk and telling secrets."

We get a sense Bert Kreischer has grown wiser over the years about his bad decisions and come to the conclusion that as long as he ain't dead and he's the only one that suffered, it's okay to keep playing the insane idea roulette wheel.
