Kavaludaari

KAVALUDAARI is a decent crime thriller with some inventive narrative tricks, but unfortunately it runs out of steam with time. A little more focus on the actual criminal case and the characters would certainly have been good. Still: its worth a watch.

I must say that Hemanth has used Nag's talent in both his movies excellently. The septuagenarian-actor, under his lenses, reaches for greater powers. For this, he must be given gentle pats on the back.

Kavaludaari is a well-written tale that unfolds at its own pace. It is devoid of most of the trappings of commercial cinema, which gives it a breath of fresh air.
