Long Live Rock... Celebrate the Chaos

It ends up super shallow, which is not to say it's without its charms. It can be likable at times... But it's such a broad directive trying to celebrate rock that it becomes meaningless.

There's possibly a provocative documentary in that, but Long Live Rock finally feels like an ode to this tribal art form that doesn't possess much appeal, despite its intentions, to those outside the tribe.

The film aims to celebrate the uniqueness of the rock and metal communities, but ends up becoming a repetitive sound clip.

A worthwhile antidote for our lack of live performances, at least for the time being.
