J.M. Buris' debut feature severely tests the limits of how much mediocrity viewers will accept in exchange for some forced holiday cheer.

An Irish-themed Hallmark movie, Santa Fake was too much gimmick and not enough substance. McGinty has a beautiful voice, but even that couldn't save this film.
