A slick, tongue-in-cheek take on the hitman movie.

[David Fincher] certainly has powerhouse craft when all cylinders are firing -- which they are in this movie... A first-rate neo-noir.

[It has] the best fight scene I've seen in a movie in a long, long time. It's thrilling. I really, really dug this.

Boredom is not a word that should be used to describe an action movie about a hit man, but The Killer is dull enough to merit it.
