[Shah Rukh Khan], needless to say, is superb. There is no one who can do his combo of I'm-a-regular-guy-but-hey-I'm-the-king better.

As a spoof of the 1970s Bollywood, Farah Khan's Om Shanti Om is well-conceived and executed. As a story about reincarnation, it disappoints.

Once you decide to suspend all belief in logic from the preposterous proceedings, there is much to enjoy in this witty and inventive camp entertainer.

OM SHANTI OM pokes fun at the Bollywood masala formula and is at times quite entertaining, but overall it gets carried away by the same shortcomings and was never able to win me over completely.
