For a small-budget film, the special effects are quite impressive — particularly the sky sequences, with their incredible sound design and lighting.

I will admit that the filmmakers' explanation for the sounds is one I've never considered before. And, in the time we're living, this reasoning is the one that makes the most sense to me.

Project Skyquake is an authentic voyage of ordinary folks who find themselves trapped and still engaged with the entities that are slowly allowing themselves to embrace the human connection they've crafted. It’s haunting, nail-biting and yet beautiful.
