Luca Guadagnino takes some big swings in this witty, frenetic three-hander starring Zendaya, Josh O’Connor and Mike Faist, where the sexual tension plays out on and off the tennis court.

Guadagnino knows how to make people very, very attractive. But that’s not the same as interesting.

An intense, erotically infused character study of three college tennis players and their 13-year journey both together and apart.
