Isolation

Though there are a few standout creations, the anthology is mostly muddled, privileging a heightened version of 2020 over a reality that was plenty scary on its own.

Like the film equivalent of a support group: it could be draining or it could be cathartic, depending on the individual.

It's a grim, often disturbing watch and very well made

Isolation never gets past its gimmick, as contrived premises are shoehorned and presented without nuance, failing to capture any real emotions or experiences.
