If a picture is worth a thousand words, then Ward, Jr., and National Geographic have a gold mine of images captured that I am certain don't begin to do justice to the real-time experience of seeing a Panther in the wild.

Filmmaker Eric Bendick provides a priceless portrait of the timely topics of conservation and saving species.

The cinematography throughout The Path of the Panther highlights the beauty of these environments and creatures. Both Ward and Cusack brighten when they see the natural wildlife thriving.

Path of the Panther, a new nature documentary about the fight to preserve the Florida Everglades and its titular feline, never lets you forget that the clock is ticking, and time is of the essence, both in its urgency and its crisp concision.
