The more familiar you are with Perry's various films, the more you'll get all the jokes, but mostly you just need to know his famous character Madea, the types of melodramas he specializes in, and (of course), the man himself.

Exceedingly worse than watching any movie Tyler Perry has ever made.

Tyler Perry already parodies himself. He beat you to the punch before you even got started. Not Another Church Movie will never be as enjoyable as unintentionally funny films like A Fall from Grace and Mea Culpa.

For those who are familiar with Tyler Perry's work and question his piety, Not Another Church Movie will prove to be a thoroughly entertaining parody.
