Dwivedi seems to be having fun, but how many more such babas will we have to suffer in the guise of these flicks that you forget even as you watch them?

What remains is a competently mounted yet emotionally distant crime drama that mistakes gloom for depth and mythological parallels for complexity.

A heartland noir that calculates the cost of conscience, ‘Kartavya’ struggles under the weight of structural sanitisation, a flattened antagonist, and misplaced star service.

Like charity, Kartavya insists, standing up to fascists begins at home.
