There is something here to offend everyone, but [Chris] Rock's outspokenness is refreshing. This outrageously entertaining program is a welcome antidote to today's absurdities.

It's a great showcase, written entirely by a gifted comic whom you should, by tuning in, allow to Rock your world.

[Chris] Rock seethes with a refreshing blend of irreverence and anger, setting forth on everything from gender and fidelity to taxes and modern medicine.

[Chris Rock] struts and frets his hour on the stage in black leather, walking back and forth, back and forth, yelling at the audience. This is the comedian as rap performer, not artist.
