A mixed-bag variation on found-footage horror, with creepily atmospheric moments as well as too much mood-killing blabber.

"Nightlight" is a perfect example of a film with interesting ideas that are totally smothered by poor execution.

"When does this end?" a terrified Robin asks. It's a valid question.

I felt like it was an interesting idea, there were definitely times where I jumped, and it had a really cute dog in it named Kramer. There were just more parts that I didn't enjoy that outweigh the good.
