Riccobono creates a credible panorama of modern small-town America.

Noel Murray

RTLos Angeles TimesJul 28, 2016

By tackling the larger issue of Native American gangs through the story of two northwest Minnesota drug dealers, Riccobono personalizes a problem that deserves more attention.

Riccobono's film is a powerful example of cinema's ability to grant even the diciest of characters their full humanity.

This is a harrowing, effective film about life on the reservation. It pulls no punches and offers no solutions, easy or otherwise. The only demand it makes of us is that we pay attention to what is going on here.
