Hunterrr runs for 141 minutes and feels even longer. That's just way too much time to spend on the life and emotions of a lech.

Made on a low budget with no big names, the film succeeds in moving away from this genre's crassly misogynistic, innuendo-laden formula and presents us instead with a reasonably faithful portrait of the middle-class urban Indian milieu.

Hunterr could have been a genuinely 'adult' comedy of manners, but it stays right where it begins, the phrase 'coming-of-age' functioning more as eliciting an embarrassed titter than reaching the goal-post.

This movie subliminally depicts its provocative themes in the most tasteful manner. This is a must watch.
