Ave

An unexpectedly elegant ballet of resistance and attachment.

Outside of a final shot that's more poetically convenient than emotionally convincing, Av follows a progression that feels intimate even as it mimics things iconic.

Konstantin Bojanov's film exudes an elemental, intriguing mysteriousness, a reminder that things remain unseen and in a state of unrest.
