While steps in the right direction are made with this conclusion to the series, it’s much too little and far too late, and this saga of undead romance is as laughably soapy now as it was when Meyer’s first book initially hit the bestseller list.

A feast of ripe dialogue and bloodsucking action.

If anything, this series has gotten dumber and more inert as it has progressed, with this last one finally reaching over into an extended wallow in camp.

Many outlandish Breaking Dawn – Part Two flourishes prove extra thrilling through folks like Stewart and Pattinson refusing to condescend to this material.
