Sharp commentary on the rising communal divide and the Hindu-Muslim question, this Anubhav Sinha film talks out loud about Us and Them, and already feels brave...

The film speaks to the poison of communalism that has spread throughout the country. Mulk is persuasive and powerful.

Anubhav Sinha's Mulk is a compelling, uncommonly courageous drama that gets as close to the truth as a Mumbai film ever can, especially given the times that we live in... It isn't often that Bollywood shows such spine.
