Misdirection

From the same man behind the absolutely bonkers Nicolas Cage horror, Willy's Wonderland comes a contained thriller that radiates inquiry as the question looms as to why this is their mark for the night.

As the film plays out, it’s clear that Misdirection was genuinely mis-directed, poorly written and inadequately acted.

Because everyone is lying to some degree, motives are suspect throughout, which provides for an effective, if simple, formula for persistent tension. Generic from top to bottom isn't always a bad thing, and Misdirection goes down easy.

Grillo’s star wattage lights up Misdirection like Times Square on New Year’s Eve.
