The Thing About Harry got so many things right. It was in the unique position of trying to live up to the high expectations of being one of Freeform's first queer rom-com's while also being a classic story like everything else.

Thankfully, The Thing About Harry gets more right than it gets wrong and will give romantics the weekend fodder they need to laugh, cry, and root for Sam and Harry on the road to love.

This made-for-TV movie isn't going to win any Emmys, but it's a hilarious and sometimes emotionally touching ride that should please fans of romantic comedies.

Sweet characters, some sex in cheesy-cute LGBTQ rom-com.
