There's fewer surprises and less antic urgency than there was in "Heavy Trip," but if you like this sort of comedy—or really, this type of characters—you'll probably find something to enjoy.

he humor here still works well, the story is interesting, and the whole package is a lot of fun. Heavier Trip is a worthy sequel that, while not as good as the first, is a strong follow-up on most fronts.

Heavier Trip a laugh out our riot and of full-on assault of metal gags & killer tracks, like a Blues Brothers for headbangers.

There’s a lot here that’s familiar, but the endearing characters and great comic timing turn it into something distinctive, with a natural charm that few films in this subgenre can match.
