A spunky, spiky action comedy that lives on the charisma of its leading ladies and the innovative spirit of director Nida Manzoor. Sisterhood is eternal; weird movies must be protected at all costs.

Fresh and fun and not just plain and frivolous, Polite Society does make for a delightful outing not just for the adolescents but the adolescent soul lurking within every adult.

Polite Society playfully expands the parameters of the kitchen-sink family melodrama, wresting the kitchen sink from the wall and throwing it full force at the audience.

“Polite Society” operates with so much flair and so much verve, it’s hard not to leave with a smile on your face.
