Mr. Krauss, who made the excellent hybrid documentary “The Anthrax Attacks” in 2022, has created a kind of complement to the Ken Burns epic “The Vietnam War,” an account of fraud dependent on complicity.

One of the best documentaries of the year. Bodyguard Of Lies holds those accountable that never were, for a war we never needed to fight, certainly for the length of time spent. A scathing look at an ill-prepared war.

This one may have a terrible title, but it’s a very good documentary.
